Here at ATT we naturally offer support for all our products old and new, but fruther to this we offer repairs and modifications to other makes also. From simple LED colour changes to more complex mods. Please see the following pages for information relevant to your needs..

Spares and Repairs

From here you can order and book almost every spart part for ATT products! Spares are new and tested then sent direct to you!

We can also offer fitting of kit to products, things like the NV Back. Repairs are undertaken on any kit and there is no handling/inspection charge for this service, however should the repair be deemed not cost effective by you, the only charge is that of return P&P.

FAQs

Why do my V1 dongles not seem to work with my new batteries?

Firstly check how "new" your batteries are, they should have a date on the packet at LEAST 2 years ahead of the date you bought them, it is not good practice to buy and store them as they could be approaching the end of their sales life when you come to use them and you might only get a couple of blips before they expire!

There is a brand to avoid using with the V1 system as well, they are Renata, here is an image to help you recognise them

My Dongle scrolls through all the channels on my receiver when using a Fox (C) Micron (R) alarm..

This is caused by plugging the dongle into the wrong socket on the alarm when setting up, if you leave it this way you can also get a constant take when you only get a single bleep from the alarm. Please ensure you plug it into the RIGHT hand soccket when facing the alarm and NOT the left hand one, as that is the LED/power out socket!
