I fitted a new acrylic colored wheel and now my ATTs does not function?
Return the ATTs and wheel to ATT for immediate replacement.
Are the ATTs alarms compatible with all ATTx systems?
No, the ATTs alarms are only compatible with the ATTx V2 Remote receiver, they will not work with the ATTx V1 receiver.
Why is the first beep on the ATTs long compared to subsequent beeps?
During long periods of inactivity the V2 receiver goes into 'sleep' mode to conserve the battery. The 'longer' first beep, lasting a quarter of a second is a result of the receiver being 'woken'. After this initial beep the receiver will sound as normal.
Do the ATTs alarms come with beta-lites\isotopes and coloured wheels as standard?
The alarms come with a black 2-magnet delrin wheel as standard. Coloured wheels and isotopes are optional extras and can be purchased from all Gardner stockists. Please see our Accessories Page for more details.
How do I change the battery or roller wheels on the alarm?
The battery can be replaced by unscrewing and opening the back of the alarm to reveal the battery compartment. The roller wheels can be replaced by unscrewing the wheel screw at the side of the alarm Detailed instructions are available in the ATTs Product Manual.
The ATTs sometimes signals a low battery warning when I am fitting or removing the cover. Is this normal?
Yes, perfectly normal, and sometimes does happen when fitting optional extras, banging the ATTs or performing maintenance functions like changing the battery. When the ATTs is being used in a fishing situation and static, if the low battery warning (3 fast bleeps) sounds then the battery power is low.
